The Main Street Arena is for sale for $6.5 million. Bob Kahn Realty & Investment lists the site as a “prime location on the west end of the Downtown Mall, across from the Omni Hotel, with additional street level frontage on Water Street.” Kahn’s listing includes links to Survey, Floor Plan and an Aerial View. There’s even a marketing brochure.
